Pintory Hesabını Silme
Bu sayfa, Pintory uygulamasındaki hesabını ve tüm verilerini nasıl silebileceğini açıklar.
Uygulama içinden (anında)
- Pintory uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
- Profil sekmesine git.
- Sayfanın altındaki Hesap bölümünde Hesabı Sil'e dokun.
- Onay penceresinde Kalıcı olarak sil'i seç.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (e-posta ile)
Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden pintory.app@gmail.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğrulamak için talebin, hesaba kayıtlı adresten gelmesi gerekir. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve sonuç sana e-postayla bildirilir.
Neler silinir?
- Hesap bilgilerin (e-posta, görünen ad, giriş bilgileri)
- Bira günlüğün: denediğin ve denemek istediğin biralar
- Puanların, favorilerin ve giriş kayıtların
Bu veriler kalıcı olarak silinir ve geri getirilemez. Altyapı yedeklerinde kalan kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde ortadan kalkar.
Neler sınırlı süre saklanır?
Altyapı sağlayıcımızın güvenlik amacıyla tuttuğu sınırlı teknik sunucu kayıtları (ör. IP adresi, istek zamanı) en fazla 90 gün içinde otomatik olarak silinir. Bunun dışında hiçbir veri saklanmaz.

Delete your Pintory account
This page explains how to delete your account and all of its data in the Pintory app.
In the app (immediate)
- Open the Pintory app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- In the Account section at the bottom, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
If you cannot access the app (by email)
Send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to pintory.app@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account. The request must come from that address so we can verify it is yours. It will be processed within 30 days and you will be notified by email.
What is deleted?
- Your account data (email, display name, sign-in credentials)
- Your beer journal: beers you have tried or want to try
- Your ratings, favorites and sign-in records
This data is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Copies in infrastructure backups expire within 30 days.
What is kept for a limited time?
Limited technical server logs kept by our infrastructure provider for security (e.g. IP address, request time) are deleted automatically within 90 days. No other data is kept.

Pintory-Konto löschen
Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein Konto und alle seine Daten in der App Pintory löschst.
In der App (sofort)
- Öffne die Pintory-App und melde dich an.
- Gehe zum Tab Profil.
- Tippe im Abschnitt Konto unten auf Konto löschen.
- Bestätige mit Endgültig löschen.
Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast (per E-Mail)
Sende eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff "Kontolöschungsanfrage" an pintory.app@gmail.com von der für dein Konto registrierten E-Mail-Adresse. Die Anfrage muss von dieser Adresse kommen, damit wir bestätigen können, dass sie von dir stammt. Sie wird innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeitet und du wirst per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
Was wird gelöscht?
- Deine Kontodaten (E-Mail, Anzeigename, Anmeldedaten)
- Dein Biertagebuch: probierte und gewünschte Biere
- Deine Bewertungen, Favoriten und Anmeldedatensätze
Diese Daten werden dauerhaft gelöscht und können nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Kopien in Infrastruktur-Backups verfallen innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Was wird für eine begrenzte Zeit aufbewahrt?
Begrenzte technische Serverprotokolle, die unser Infrastrukturanbieter aus Sicherheitsgründen aufbewahrt (z. B. IP-Adresse, Anforderungszeit), werden automatisch innerhalb von 90 Tagen gelöscht. Weitere Daten werden nicht aufbewahrt.
